Gold Assembly: $60
When your bicycle arrives partially assembled in a box - whether new from a web retailer or after being shipped home from your trip abroad - this service will do the trick and get you rolling quickly and smoothly. Includes pick up and delivery.

Repairs & Overhauls

I focus on high end, custom and elite bicycles. I repair all makes and models of bicycles and offer free diagnostic estimates but may recommend another service option if I feel you'll be better served elsewhere. I work by appointment only and all my prices include pick up and delivery, which allows me to work on your schedule and can reduce time without your bike. Simply call or e-mail to make arrangements.

Tandem Orientation

Riding a tandem is another great way to share the sport of cycling - whether with your significant other; a cycling buddy: or someone who may just want to enjoy the ride. However, there is quite a learning curve and many teams give up shortly after embarking on this journey that starts difficult but holds many rewards if you stick with it.

My wife and I have many tandem miles under our belts - including one of our favorite rides that we shared with 25,000 other riders: the Five Boro Bike Tour in New York City. Additionally, I have taught almost 100 tandem teams to ride successfully and enjoyably by sharing my handling, communication, and uncommon-sense tips. My Tandem Orientation almost guarantee's success!

Tandem Orientation $150 (supply your own tandem)
  • Meet at my location or I travel to you - within reason (IRS mileage rate may be assessed over 50 miles one way)
  • Perfect for beginning teams or riders getting back on the tandem after a break.
  • Up to two hours of on- and off-the-bike instruction, coaching, and Q & A
  • Learn handling, communication, and basic riding techniques to make tandem riding more successful and enjoyable.
  • I coach the captain (front) and stoker (back) separately and ride with them until they are comfortable and confident in their respective jobs.
  • Maximize your value and combine with a tandem fitting for a package discount - I adjust both riders' station to allow for proper positioning, comfort, and efficiency on the bike!
